This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Pryor estate in Grapevine, Texas in 1996.

  1. Peel seed and finely dice the cucumber.
  2. Using a colander squeeze out any excess water from the cucumber chunks.
  3. Place in a bowl and blend will with the pepper and dill then blend in remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly.
  4. Cover and chill.
