Directions

  1. In mixing bowl, cream butter and sugars.
  2. Beat in egg and vanilla.
  3. Combine flour, oats, baking soda and cinnamon; stir into creamed mixture alternately with pumpkin.
  4. Fold in chocolate chips.
  5. Drop by tablespoonfuls onto greased baking sheets.
  6. Bake at 350°F for 12 to 13 minutes or until lightly browned.
