Directions Edit

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Mix butter, brown sugar, pumpkin, eggs, flour, baking powder, baking soda, vanilla, cinnamon, salt and ginger in bowl by hand.
  3. Spread on a greased cookie sheet.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes.

Icing Edit

  1. Mix together 2 tablespoons melted butter, 1½ cups powdered sugar, 1 teaspoon vanilla and ½ teaspoon milk; add ½ teaspoon milk at a time until you can spread icing.
  2. Put icing on the pumpkin squares while it is warm.
  3. Cut into squares and enjoy.
