Fried meatballs. Serves 4 people

  1. Soak bread in water or milk until very soft.
  2. Squeeze hard to drain.
  3. Combine all ingredients except flour and oil.
  4. Let stand covered for 1 hour or 24 hour in the fridge to allow the flavors to blend.
  5. Shape into ½-inch thick patties.
  6. Dust with flour and fry until done at 350°F – 365°F.
