- 4 oz velvetta Cheese -- cubed
- 12 oz Chicken
- 4 tsp lite margarine
- 1 Onion -- chopped
- 1 small can of green chilies --
- drained
- 14 oz canned stewed tomatoes --
- chopped
- 4 tsp cornstarch
- 1 1/2 can chicken broth
- 4 corn tortillas
- salt & pepper -- to taste
- garlic powder -- to taste

In a non-stick pan, sautae Chicken and Onion in margarine until done. Add cornstarch and 1 cup broth. Cook 5 minutes. Add ½ cup broth, tomatoes, green chilies and cook until thick.
