3/4 lb. Ground beef
 1 c. diced green pepper
 1/3 c. chopped onion
 15 oz. Can tomato sauce
 1 Tbsp. chili powder
 1/2 c. water
 1/2 t. dry mustard
 1 c. instant rice
 1 can corn, drained
 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
 Brown beef and onion.  Add spices, corn, green pepper, tomato sauce and water.  Cover and bring to full boil, stirring occasionally.  Stir in rice and reduce heat.  Cover and simmer 5 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese.  
 Takes only 20 minutes to prepare.
