  1. Cook onion in butter in large skillet until tender but not brown.
  2. Add chili, beans, tomato sauce, garlic salt and cumin.
  3. Cook about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Spoon rice into serving dishes; top with chili mixture.
