  1. In small bowl, combine chile powder, cilantro, brown sugar subs, pepper and cumin.
  2. Whisk to combine.
  3. Rub mixture into chicken tenders.
  4. Let marinate for 1 hour in refrigerator.
  5. Preheat george foreman grill.
  6. When hot, spray with nonstick spray.
  7. Place chicken tenders on grill and close top.
  8. Cook for 4 minutes.
  9. Check for doneness.
  10. If so, remove.
  11. If not, cook for 1 more minute.
  12. Cut up and serve in tortillas with sour cream, guacamole, grated cheese and any other of your favorite condiments.
