  1. Combine pudding mix and biscuit mix in a bowl.
  2. Add shortening
  3. Blend (with pastry blender or a couple of knives) until mixture resembles coarse meal.
  4. Stir in egg & milk, Blending Well.
  5. Roll into small balls and place on an ungreased baking sheet.
  6. Flatten balls with a fork.
  7. Bake at 375 °F for 10 to 12 minutes, or until edges are lightly browned.
  8. Store in container with a loose fitting cover.
