  1. Heat oil in skillet.
  2. Add garlic and shrimp, saute 3 minutes until just cooked.
  3. With slotted spoon, remove shrimp to bowl.
  4. Cover to keep warm.
  5. In same skillet, saute onion and sausage, 3 minutes.
  6. Add rice mix without seasoning packet, cook rice 3 minutes.
  7. Add 2 cups water, tomatoes, peas, seasoning packet.
  8. Simmer, covered 20 minutes until tender.
  9. Add shrimp and artichoke, heat through.
