Quick Summer Soup

1 forty six oz. can V-8 juice 1/2 cup sour cream 1 to 2 t. grated onion 1 t. Worcestershire sauce Salt and pepper to taste Chopped chives

Mix all ingredients except chives in a blender. Chill. sprinkle with chives when ready to serve. Serves 4 to 6 Can be frozen. Must prepare ahead. Source: Ruth Alexander Cunningham
