- ½ seedless cucumber, finely diced (or 3 dill cucumbers)
- 1 ripe and juicy red tomato, diced
- 1 tsp Spanish onion, finely chopped
- ¼ tsp onion powder
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp fruit sugar
- Braggs All Purpose Seasoning, or sea salt to taste (optional)
- 1 tbsp good health mayonnaise
- Mix the ingredients together, and enjoy.
