- ½ cup cold-pressed essential oils or extra virgin olive oil
- ¼ cup fresh lemon juice (the vinegar of your choice will do in a pinch)
- 2 tsp dry mustard powder
- 1 – 2 tbsp maple syrup (depending on how sweet you'd like it)
- Place all ingredients in a jar or container with a tight-fitting lid and shake vigorously until well-combined.
- Pour over your salad, toss, and serve immediately.
