Serbian-style carp

  1. Wrap with bacon strips.
  2. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Mix flour and paprika together.
  4. Coat in flour mixture.
  5. Melt butter and saute for 1 minute per side.
  6. Layer potatoes into a baking dish, top with , peppers, tomatoes and onions.
  7. Pour sour cream over the top.
  8. Bake for 35 minutes at 350°F.
