  1. In a mixing bowl combine the flours, baking powder, salt and sugar.
  2. In another mixing bowl combine the milk, eggs and oil.
  3. Add the wet mixture to the flour mixture all at once.
  4. Stir just until blended.
  5. Do not overstir.
  6. It will still be slightly lumpy.
  7. Pour about ¼ cup of batter on a hot and lightly greased griddle or heavy skillet.
  8. Cook until bubbly on the top and set at the edges (golden brown on the bottoms).
  9. Flip and cook until the other side is also a golden brown.
  10. Drizzle with a little butter.
  11. Serve with honey or syrup.
