Ramen Cabbage Soup

1 1/2 T. butter 1/2 medium head cabbage, shredded (about 2 cups) 2 carrots, julienned 1 small onion, minced 1 clove garlic, minced 5 cups water 1/4 t. pepper 1 pkg. Top Ramen or Top Ramen low fat, crushed (chicken flavor)

In Dutch oven or large pan, saute butter, cabbage, carrots, onion and garlic for 8 minutes. Add water, pepper, seasoning packet and crushed ramen. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Makes 4 servings Source: Unknown
