- 1 x 4-ounce package mini rice cakes
- 2 tablespoons melted butter or margarine
- 1 x 0.4-ounce envelope ranch salad dressing mix
Directions[]
- Place rice cakes in large plastic or paper bag.
- Drizzle rice cakes with butter; add dressing mix and shake until well coated.
- Bake at 350°F for 5 minutes.
