This smoothie is made with real fruit and is great for breakfast or a snack.
Ingredients[]
- 6 ounces plain fat-free yogurt
- 1 medium peach, sliced
- ½ cup raspberries
- 1 ⅞ teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ teaspoon sugar
Directions[]
- Combine all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth.
- Pour into a tall glass and serve.
Tips[]
- You can also use frozen, unsweetened peaches and raspberries instead of or in addition to fresh fruit.
- For a thicker smoothie, add ¼ cup of ice cubes before blending.
