Raspberry Cheese Spread

8 oz. pkg. pasteurized process cheese spread, grated 16 oz. cheddar cheese, grated 4 green onions, chopped 1/2 cup chopped pecans 1/3 cup mayonnaise type salad dressing raspberry jam

Combine all ingredients together except for the jam. Press into desired shape or a plastic wrap lined mold. Chill until firm. remove from mold and spread with jam. Serves 8 to 10 Source: Pamela Carroll, Weimar, TX
