Raspberry Dip

1/4 cup shredded coconut 2 T. pecans, finely chopped 1 cup sour cream 1/4 to 1/2 cup raspberry preserves 2 t. milk Fresh fruit (apples, oranges and pear wedges, banana pieces, strawberries, grapes, melon balls) Lemon juice

combine coconut, pecans, sour cream, preserves and milk. Toss apple, pear and banana pieces in lemon juice. Arrange fruit around a bowl of the dip. Serve chilled. Makes 2 cups Can do ahead. Source: Appetizers, Southern Style
