Pinch salt

  • 1 Bottle Champagne, Chilled


Place raspberries And Grated Peel And water in Small Pan. Bring to Boil. Cover And Simmer 10 Minutes. Strain. Discard Seeds And Any Pulp Left. Blend in lemon juice And salt. Chill Well. at Serving Time, Stir Chilled Mixture. Pour Several Tablespoons Into Each Tall Glass. Fill With Chilled Champagne. Stir Gently. Serves 4
