In Romanian: Coltunasi umpluti cu carne cruda

Filling[]

  • 10 oz / 300 g sirloin
  • 1 big onion
  • 1 tablespoon fat
  • pepper
  • salt
  • 2 tablespoons fat for scalding dumplings

Directions[]

  1. Grind the meat, add salt, pepper and the finely chopped onion that was previously fried in a tablespoon of lard.
  2. Mix everything well.
  3. Use this as filling for the dumplings.
  4. Boil in salt water, rinse in warm water and scald with hot lard.
  5. Serve hot.
