  1. Clean and wash mussels.
  2. Take out flesh and remove beards.
  3. Place mussels in bowl.
  4. Cut in half the large mussels.
  5. Add onions, sugar and vinegar.
  6. Marinate for 3 hours in fridge.
  7. Makes 4 servings.
