Red Raspberry Molded Salad

2 boxes raspberry gelatin 2 cups boiling water 1 box frozen raspberries 1 pkg. cream cheese (3 oz) 1/4 cup ground nuts

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add frozen berries. Stir until berries have thawed. Chill until thickened. Make small cheese balls. Roll in nuts. Arrange balls in bottom of mold. Pour gelatin over balls; place mold in refrigerator to congeal. Makes 10 servings. Source: Unknown
