Ingredients
- vegan red chile tortilla
- avocado, mashed
- tomato, sliced
- whole pinto beans (canned)
- sweet potato
Directions
- Microwave sweet potato 3 1/2 min. Meanwhile, spread avocado on tortilla. Add tomato and desired amount of Beans. Slice sweet potato into thin rounds and carefully remove skin, add to tortilla. Fold tortilla in half.
