  1. Wash and julienne the cabbage.
  2. Mix with salt and rub with your hands until soft.
  3. Add oil, vinegar and Sugar. Mix well.
  4. Another way: scald the chopped cabbage with boiling water and then let sit for 10–15 minutes.
  5. Drain and mix the cabbage with the oil, vinegar salt and Sugar. Serve with roasts.
