  1. Make graham crust in 8x8 pan.
  2. Bake and let cool.
  3. Combine Sugar and cornstarch, stir in rhubarb and water.
  4. Cook, stirring until thickened.
  5. Reduce heat and cook 2-3 minutes.
  6. Add food coloring and spread mixture over cooled crust in pan.
  7. Let cool.
  8. Whip cream and fold in marshmallows while whipping cream.
  9. Spread over rhubarb mixture.
  10. Prepare pudding according to package directions.
  11. Spread on top.
  12. Sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs and chill.
  13. Garnish with strawberries if you like.
