  1. Cook 1 cup of basmati rice with curry and a little salt.
  2. Cool down and fill into plastic container.
  3. Add vegetables.
  4. Sprinkle with more curry.
  5. At work, microwave about 5 minutes or until veggies are cooked.
  6. Enjoy.
