  • 1 lb. ground Beef
  • 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can tomatoes with green chiles

Directions Edit

  1. Crumble Beef into a lightly greased, shallow 2 1/2 quart casserole. Sprinkle with rice and Onion.
  2. Combine tomatoes, broth, salt, and garlic powder in saucepan. Heat to boiling.
  3. Pour over meat mixture. Cover and bake at 350° for 1 hour.
  4. Stir in sour cream, sprinkle with Cheese, and bake 5 minutes longer.
  5. Makes 6 servings.
