Ingredients[]
- 1 pound lean ground Beef
- 1 cup uncooked rice
- 1 cup chopped Onion
- 1 10-ounce can diced tomatoes with green chiles
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup (4 ounces) shredded Monterey jack Cheese
Directions[]
- Combine tomatoes, salt, garlic powder and broth in large saucepan; heat to boiling. Pour over meat mixture.
- Cover and bake at 350 degrees 1 hour. Stir in sour cream; sprinkle with Cheese and bake 5 minutes longer.
