Ingredients
- 1 19-ounce can chili without Beans
- 1 16-ounce can kidney beans
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 large head lettuce, shredded
- 3 medium tomatoes, diced
- 1 medium Onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup French dressing
- 1 cup (4 ounces) grated Cheese (Monterey jack or Cheddar)
- 1 6-ounce package corn chips
- 1 to 2 avocados
- taco sauce or salsa picante (optional)
Directions
Mix chili, Beans and rice. Heat. Combine lettuce, tomatoes, Onion and French dressing. To serve, arrange lettuce mixture on plates. Top with chili-rice mixture. Sprinkle with Cheese and corn chips. Garnish with avocado wedges. Serve with taco sauce or salsa picante, if desired.
