  1. Combine rice, cheese, tomato, zucchini, onion and garlic in large bowl.
  2. Blend oil, vinegar, marjoram, salt, pepper and mustard.
  3. Toss rice mixture with dressing.
  4. Spoon into 2-quart baking dish; bake at 350 °F for 20 to 25 minutes, or until hot.
