  1. Cook onion in oil in large skillet over medium-high heat until tender.
  2. Add rice, corn, olives, if desired, barbecue sauce, lime juice, cumin and garlic salt; toss until thoroughly heated.
  3. Line each pita half with lettuce leaf, ½ cup hot rice mixture and roast beef; sprinkle with tomato.
  4. Serve warm.
