  1. Combine rice, onion, green pepper and pimentos in large bowl.
  2. Blend 1 cup cheese, condensed soup, mayonnaise, black pepper and milk; stir into rice mixture.
  3. Turn into greased shallow 2-quart baking dish; sprinkle with remaining 1 cup cheese.
  4. Bake at 350°F for 25 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
