Ingredients Edit 240 g long-grain rice, (3 dl) 5 water 1 tsp thyme 1 tbsp oregano ¼ tsp salt 1 fresh chives, finely chopped 2 cloves garlic, crushed or minced Directions Edit Rinse rice and discard water. Bring rice, water, thyme, oregano and salt to a boil. Let boil covered for 20 – 25 minutes at low heat. Add chives and garlic before serving.
