Rice porridge

  1. Place the rice in hot water, bring to boil and let simmer.
  2. Add milk and bring to boil, then let simmer till very soft and sticky, at least 40 minutes.
  3. Stir often to avoid scorching.
  4. Add salt.
  5. Serve either with luumukiisseli or sugar, cinnamon and milk.
