  1. Preheat oven to 450 °F.
  2. Mix lemon juice, oil and lemon peel in 15x10x2-inch glass baking dish.
  3. Add asparagus; turn to coat.
  4. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  5. Roast asparagus until crisp-tender, turning occasionally, about 20 minutes.
  6. Serve warm or at room temperature.
