Combine the lemon juice, garlic, and the spices – curry powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, paprika, salt and black pepper in a large glass dish, mix well. Add meat. Stir to coat meat with marinade. Allow to marinate at least 1 hour. Grill meat over charcoal, or broil it in a hot oven. Turn the meat and check until it is done. Serve hot with any dipping.
