A nice way to prepare red cabbage. Can be eaten like this, or in combination with other vegetables.

  1. Cook the cabbage with the margarine for about 5 minutes.
  2. Add the apples, sugarand onion.
  3. Cook for another 3 minutes.
  4. Add the rest of the ingredients, cover the pot and lower heat.
  5. Cook for about 20 – 25 minutes, and remember to stir occasionally.
