In Romanian: Pesmeciori
- 5 oz / 140 g butter
- 5 oz / 140 g confectioner's sugar
- 3 yolks
- 1 egg white
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 tablespoons ground walnuts
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
- flour as needed
- Cream the butter with the sugar, add the 3 yolks one by one, vanilla, ground walnuts and flour as needed, kneading quickly, to make a soft dough.
- Make patties about half an inch thick and 2 inches diameter.
- Place on a baking sheet, wash with beaten egg white and sprinkle with walnuts mixed with granulated sugar.
- Bake at medium heat.
