  1. Sauté the chicken pieces in melted butter, adding 1 – 2 tablespoons of water if necessary.
  2. When the chicken is almost done, add salt and then sour cream well mixed with flour.
  3. Simmer for 10 – 15 minutes.
  4. Keep warm until serving.
