Description
Ingredients
- 500 g chopped (about the size of a pea) potatoes
- 200 g chopped carrots
- 200 g Peas
- 200 g chopped pickles
- 200 to 500g Mayonnaise
- salt and lemon juice to taste
- optional: 1/2 cup chopped parsley
- optional: 200-400 g chopped Ham or hot dogs
Directions
- Boil the potatoes, the carrots, and the Peas.
- When cooled, mix everything together and let stand for an hour.
- You may experiment and add sweet corn to the salad.
