  1. Cream the sugar, butter and raw yolk.
  2. Add rum, hard boiled yolks, mixing continuously, then add almonds.
  3. Keep refrigerated for ½ hour.
  4. Then with wet hands, shape into balls which you then roll in grated chocolate and place in paper molds.
  5. Keep refrigerated.
