Ingredients

• 1 lb firm potatoes
• 1/2 lb turnips or rutabagas
• 1/4 cup butter
• 1/3 cup cream or milk
• salt and pepper

Directions

• Boil potatos until tender.
• Boil turnips (rutabegas) until fork tender.
• Drain well.
• Combine all ingredients in mixer.
• Blend untill smooth.
• Serve hot.
