This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Steep Estate in Elmo, Texas in 1989.

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F.
  2. Cook noodles as directed on package then drain.
  3. Mix noodles, cottage cheese, sour cream, onion, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, red pepper sauce, salt and pepper.
  4. Add drained salmon then place salmon mixture in greased casserole and sprinkle with cheese.
  5. Bake for 40 minutes.
