- 2 tomatoes, chopped
- 2 Sticks celery, chopped
- 2 Medium onions, chopped
- 1 Green capsicum (sweet pepper), deseeded and chopped
- 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
- 120ml/4fl.oz. olive oil
- 120ml/4fl.oz. white wine vinegar
- 60ml/2fl.oz. water
- salt and pepper
- Place all the ingredients in a medium sized mixing bowl and mix well to thoroughly blend.
- Chill until ready to serve.
