Ingredients Edit

  • 2 Large Avocados
  • ½ medium lemon
  • salt for seasoning
  • garlic for seasoning
  • 1 large chopped tomato
  • 1 minced garlic clove
  • 1 small diced white Onion
  • ¼ cup chopped cilantro (or more depending on taste)
  • 1 jalapeno (cleaned)

Directions Edit

Place chopped tomato, minced garlic, diced onioin, chopped cilantro, and jalpeno in food processor (or blender if processor is not available).

Add salsa mixture to mashed avocados.

Squeeze lemon over mixture, and season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
