  1. Combine flour, melted butter and nuts.
  2. Press into 9 x 13 inch pan.
  3. Bake at 350°F for 18 minutes.
  4. Beat cream cheese with ½ Cool Whip and 1 cup powdered sugar.
  5. Spread over cool crust.
  6. Prepare pudding with milk.
  7. Pour into crust and chill.
  8. Serve with remainder of cool whip on top.
  9. Enjoy.
