# Se corta el conejo en 4 pedazos, se dora bien, se reserva y en ese mismo aceite se rehoga la cebolla cortada bien fina, luego se echa el morrón y la [[berenjena]] pelada, todo cortado bien chiquito, se cocina un poco y se le agrega el tomate pelado; la sal y el azúcar, cuando el tomate está cocinado se le agrega el conejo, se remueve todo junto y se cocina junto unos 5 minutos para que el conejo tome el sabor de la salsa.

Description

Catalan rabbit dish

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Cut the rabbit into 4 pieces.
  2. Brown well in oil and reserve.
  3. In the same oil, fry the very thinly sliced onion, then add the thinly sliced bell pepper and peeled and sliced eggplant.
  4. Add the peeled tomatoes, salt and sugar.
  5. Once the tomatoes are cooked, add the rabbit.
  6. Stir everything together and cook for about 5 minutes so the rabbit takes the flavor of the sauce.
