Sauce Mayonnaise

Ingredients

• 0.5 cup vegetable oil
• 1 egg yolk
• 1 tsp mustard
• salt
• sugar
• vinegar (to taste)

Directions

1. Pour out yolks of eggs into china-ware, add mustard and make a smooth mixture.
2. Add gradually, by one teaspoon, vegetable oil and mix thoroughly.
3. Add sugar, vinegar and again mix everything.
